On March 25, 1971 the LP “Up To Date” by The Partridge Family was certified Gold by the RIAA for sales of 500,00 copies. Released in February 1971, just four months after the group’s debut LP, the album entered Billboard’s Top LP’s chart in early April. It peaked at #4 on the Billboard 200. Two singles were released from the LP: “Doesn’t Somebody Want to Be Wanted”… Released: February 1971 “I’ll Meet You Halfway” Released: May 1971 It was the group’s second album, produced by Wes Farrell.
